Exhibition registration includes a full registration ticket and app. 4m² space.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, the registration fees less a £50 administrative charge will be refunded upon receipt of a written request by 15 August 2009. Thereafter, a refund will only be possible in unusual circumstances.

You are invited to join us for dinner at Qin's Restaurant on Monday evening 31st after the reception. Cost of dinner is £20.00 per head (excluding drinks). If you like to join, please let us know when sending the registration as we will need to make the reservation for the restaurant.
